Ghostly Image: Photoshop Tutorial

This is a tutorial or a photoshop technique to make an image look like a ghost. This technique can be used on a digipack or on an advertisement. While this tutorial was easy to do, it seemed to make the image have worse quality the more filters I put on it. I may use earlier steps in the tutorial in the future.
